About
AAF-North Central Florida, formerly Gainesville AdFed, is an affiliate of the American Advertising Federation and AAF-District 4. Geographically from north to south, our club represents the Tallahassee, Gainesville, and Ocala markets (and most areas in between). We connect creatively-driven advertising professionals and students through networking opportunities, social events, education, awards shows, and legislative advocacy.

2026 AAF-NCFL American Advertising Awards Submission Information
The American Advertising Awards is the advertising industry's largest and most representative competition, attracting more than 25,000 professional and student entries from AAF clubs across the country. If you work in advertising, graphic design, marketing, communications, social media, web design, or video/film production, this is the competition for you!
The 2025-26 AAF-NCFL American Advertising Awards submission portal will open on Monday, October 20, 2025. The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 11:59 pm.
Entry is open to professionals and students in the greater Tallahassee, Gainesville, and Ocala markets. Professional work submissions must have first appeared between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. Student work submissions must have been created between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.

Trophies, Certificates
& Silver Forwards
Additional trophies and certificates can be ordered for any award received at the AAF-NCFL American Advertising Awards. In addition, Silver ADDY Awards can be forwarded to the AAF District 4 competition for another chance to win! All Gold ADDY awards are automatically forwarded at no charge. The deadline to forward Silver ADDY awards is Friday, February 28th at 5 pm.

Email the AAF-NCFL Awards Chair the entry title and category for all trophies, certificates, or silver forward requests.

Pay for trophies, certificates, or silver forwards after receiving confirmation from the AAF-NCFL Awards Chair that your order has been successfully placed.
