As we get ready for the 2025 American Advervsiting Awards season, it's time to recap some of the highlights from last year! On Thursday, Feb. 22nd, North Central Florida professionals and students gathered to celebrate creative excellence at the 2024 American Advertising Awards for North Central Florida. The 2024 AAF-NCFL awards gala was held at Daft Cow Brewery in Alachua, Florida and singled out the best creative work across the Tallahassee, Gainesville, and Ocala markets.
Some of the highlights from last year's professional winning submissions included Grova Creative for Best Logo Design and Judge's Choice, PHOS Creative for Best Consumer Website, NetSource Technologies for Best B-to-B Website, and The Mitchells Agency for Best Social Media and Best of Show. Numerous other entries won GOLD and SILVER ADDY Awards!

Highlights from student winning submissions included Destiny Ramierz from FAMU for Best Logo Design, Ayanna Coy from FAMU for Best Poster, Helen Abernathy, Emily Goodnow, and Gabrielle Fehring from UF for Judge's Choice, and Jake Tabor, Valerie Samosky, and Hisham Bukhari from UF for Best of Show. Just like the professional competition, numerous other student entries won GOLD or SILVER ADDY Awards!

This is the second year that the AAF North Central American Advertising Awards has welcomed submissions from the Tallahassee, Gainesville, and Ocala markets. The level of creative talent on display at the awards banquet was truly inspiring, and it is clear that the future of advertising in the the AAF-North Central Region is bright.
